Abstract:
With the launch of the "Double High Plan" in vocational education, the construction of professional
groups will play an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of vocational
education. Under policy guidance and demand-driven, China has made significant progress in the
construction of vocational professional groups, but there are still some cognitive biases at present.
Professional groups have the characteristics of education, professionalism, collaboration, openness,
and systematicity. The six construction tasks of professional groups should be clarified from two
dimensions of teaching organization and management mode, and the construction of high-level
professional groups should be systematically promoted.
