Abstract:
This survey is carried out in two forms: an online questionnaire and an on-site survey. By locking the survey account, it is ensured that the number of participants in the questionnaire will not be repeatedly entered. Through the form of publicity in the circle of friends and on-site visits, ensure that the research is a the group that has personal housing loans and repays in advance. Through this survey, we analyze the deep-seated reasons behind the "prepayment tide", discuss the possible risks of prepayment, and then put forward some favorable opinions for home buyers with personal mortgage loans, and hope that this survey can contribute to stabilizing the housing loan market Order, the government, and banks provide a reference for policy adjustments.
