Historical and cultural blocks are the material carriers of the historical and cultural memory of the
blocks. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and other reasons, people's material and
spiritual needs have been rapidly increasing. Traditional historical and cultural blocks have gradually
failed to meet human needs. In the current critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round
way, the humanized design in urban construction is particularly important. As an article, on the basis
of sorting out the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks, taking Jinxiancang
