Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating influence of organizational trust in climate-performance relationship. The sample size is 205 small and medium enterprises. The survey is selfadministered and distributed using non-probability purposive sampling technique to the firms
operating in the food industry sector. Owner/managers are the respondents of this paper, and the data
was analyzed by using smart Smart-PLS in order to test the existing hypotheses of the study.
