Abstract: Education policies and initiatives are vital for shaping the educational landscape, promoting skill
development, and ensuring inclusivity in learning. This study analyzes various national education
policies, focusing on their effectiveness, impact, and challenges. The research awareness associated
with these policies through an online survey of 250 stakeholders, including students, teachers, and
education professionals. The findings reveal significant awareness of major initiatives like NEP 2020
and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, yet limited knowledge of others, such as Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and Ishan
Uday. While ongoing infrastructural challenges and funding gaps persist, the effectiveness of digital
learning platforms and teacher training programs is moderate. Respondents emphasize the need for
improved collaboration between educational institutions and industry and a stronger focus on practical
skills. This research contributes to the discourse on educational reforms and the demand for skill-based
learning, providing recommendations for policymakers to enhance the implementation of educational
initiatives. |
